NEW YORK (AP) - Shares of some top telecom companies are mixed at noon: AT&T Inc rose $.17 or .6 percent, to $28.51. Qwest fell $.02 or .5 percent, to $4.22. Sprint Nextel fell $.02 or .5 percent, to $3.79. Verizon fell $.01 or percent, to $33.42
